3) Working principle

--- Rebar rib peeling coupler

Firstly, use "rebar rib peeling and parallel thread rolling machine " to process thread on bar end.

Secondly, use " rebar rib peeling system coupler " to connect two couplers.

--- Rebar cold forging coupler / Rebar upsetting coupler

Firstly, use " cold forging machine " to enlarge bar diameter.

Secondly, use " rebar thread cutting machine " to cut thread on bar end.

Thirdly, use " upsetting / cold forging coupler " to connect two rebars together.

4) Followed standard

ACI 318-08 12.14.3.2 mechanical splices shall develop in tension or compression, as required, at least 125% of the specified yeild strength of the bars spliced.

JGJ107-2010 mecanical splices shall develop in tension or compression, as require, at least 110% of the specified tensile strength of the bars being spliced.
