Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured by our factory. Our factory is located in Baiyun Guangzhou which is near to Guangzhou airport.

Where will the orders be shipped from?

It will ship from Huangpu Guangzhou China. And We will find the shipping company which will offer the best and most economical freight for our customers. But If you have a preferred carrier please send us that information.

What are the payment terms?

We usually accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union or Paypal.

What is the procedure for making claims for damages or shortages?

All of our products will get fully test before delivery. All shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. If the goods were made by carriers then damages need to be reported to them and us. Please make sure that you keep the original shipping box for them to inspect. So please report to us damages made by carriers so that we may file a claim on your behalf.

Can any of the products be custom imprinted?

If you need to print your company logo on the products and that is available to be custom.
