Not a drop of water is used to make the bread. 100% Hokkaido Milk and 100% Hokkaido wheat is used. We then finish the bread off by adding cream of the finest quality that is used by many first-class pastry chefs. This gives the bread a special glutinous and rich milk flavor that is not found in other bread. This bread's milky white image is kept as the the bread is cooked slowly in a low heat and has a milky white color when it is baked. This gentle, moist bread is baked with a distinct milk taste which comes from the milk's fat and oil in the dough.

How to Use:

Cut the amount of frozen bread that you want to eat. Thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours or in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Then you can enjoy this delicious bread.
