MAP-1Z500 Automatic MAP Tray Sealer Machine is used to put the tray into down mould, pressing the start button, down mould moves forward and enter into sealing mould, after accomplish sealing, and the mould movers out automatically. After the down mould moves into sealing mould, the product is processed with gas replacement packaging by the way of vacuum replacement, that is use vacuum pump to suck the air out completely from the chamber in the fully airproof state, then fill the protective mixed gas (O2, CO2, N2) or single gas into tray which is suitable for keeping food fresh, accomplish sealing, after cutting the film, tray moves out automatically.

The advantage of vacuum replacement packaging could keep the food with original taste, color, shape, alimentation, and prolong the fresh keeping period of food which owe to lower oxygenous quantity in the tray. A wide various of products are used by modified atmosphere packaging are freeze meet, birds, fish, vegetables, fresh food, processed food, bread and dairy produce.
