Microbubbles are extremely small bubbles with a diameter of only 1/1000 mm.

Usually, bubbles in water have a diameter of just a few millimeters,

but at less than 1/1000 the size of normal bubbles, microbubbles are astoundingly smaller!

Because they are extremely small and negatively-charged, they have an inherent tendency to adsorb microscopic dirt and rise to the surface of the water.

Due to this special characteristic, microbubbles have been attracting a great deal of attention for possible applications in water purification and cancer treatment.
