The material we uses has one of the highest tear resistance ratings in the world: 25kg./250N.

1. We use 0.55mm 1000D PVC on the linking part inside to reinforce the item. and double stitching, with reinforcement at high stress areas. Providing double stitching everywhere and quadruple in areas of high tear and at bottom stress point to make sure the inflatables are strong.
2.We Make reinforcestrips at the bottom joint and each corner On the main base. The most important thing is our seams are done using thread that can withstand great force (17 kg) before tearing.
3. Every bouncer will have 8 pieces of big D ring safety anchors at least to make the units more steady and the slide will have more.
4. Strong and reliable commercial grade zippers with Velcro cover. All have integrated back flow flaps on deflation zippers to reduce air leak.
