Paper/Pulp/dyeing fixing agent

Description:

This product is a quaternary ammonium cationic polymer.( water fixing agent )

Application Field:

1.The product is mainly used for the coated broke system to improve the paper quality in paper-making process.

2.It is also used for the de-inking system as de-inking, dispersing and fixing agent.

3.It is used as a color fixing agent for colored paper.

Specifications:

Application Method:

1. CW-01 is added undiluted to the short circulation of the paper machine.

2. The normal dosage is 100-300g/t, depending on the circumstances.

3. When added to the broke system, it is applied to the pulper, or in case of postdispersion, just before pulper. Normal dosage to the broke is 500-1000g/t.

Package and Storage:

1. It is harmless, non-flammable and non-explosive, it can not be placed in the sun.

2. It is packed in plastic drums with each containing 30kg, 50kg, 250kg , 1000kg, 1250kg IBC tank or others according to your requirements.

3. This product will appear layer after a long-term storage, but the effect will not be affected with stir.
