1. Introduction of Self-formation Type Orange Striate Additive LD-82

(1) It is used for polyurethane,amino,acrylic acid and alkyd series.

(2) After paint mixing as per normal tinting is completed, there will be about 10% solid added.

(3) Improve the viscosity and use quick drying solvents ( benzene,methylbenzene,ethyl acetate,butyl and

acetone), it depends on temperature changeing and customers' requirements.

(4) Then add 0.3-0.8% product and mix well, test spray template, the pattern size can be adjusted by additive. If

more additives, then there will be smaller pattern, vice versa.

2. Attention

(1) Refer to paint’s fire protection, storage and transportation;

(2) Using special tools or cleaning completely as the additive pollutes other products;

(3) After storage for some period, the effect of the additive may become lower and the pattern may turn big or

uneven. Just add some additive again and the above problem will be resolved;

(4) LD-82 and LD-80 can not used together and substituted each other.
