INTRODUCTION

If your favorite fresh fruit is only available for six weeks of the year, you can enjoy frozen fruit all year. Once defrosted, eat it as you would fresh fruit, or use it atop cereal, mixed in yogurt or blended into smoothies.

OUR DELICIOUS FRUITS

Green melon: Perhaps the most well-known of melons, this fruit is very watery, it is rich in vitamin B and C, and it is less acidic than the majority of fruits. Green melon is recommended in cases of gout and rheumatism.

Orange melon: The Orange melon is oval to round in shape. When it rips, its skin is white, pale yellow or blush pink, similar to common honeydews. Its flesh will actually have a flavor, texture an aroma more similar to a cantaloupe, though. It will be salmon colored, subtly sweet, succulent and slightly unctuous. Orange-Flesh honeydews have the highest concentration of beta carotene, making them the most Vitamin C dense of melon varieties.

Kiwi: The kiwi is the fruit with the highest level of vitamin C. Eating kiwis helps to keep us looking young, prevents many illness, such as cancer, allergies, hypertension…Kiwi is a fruit rich in soluble fiber which improves intestinal transit. Figs: figs contain a lot of water, and they are rich in carbohydrates which give them high calorie content. They are known for being rich in fiber, which improve the intestinal transit. With regard to other nutrients, they also contain a moderate amount of provitamin A, which functions as an antioxidant.
