The package offered is as under:

Package
1. Salary: CA$15-18 per hour and 8 hrs (Monday to Friday), overtime Extra
2. Food Company provided
3. If no Food provided then food allowances: CA$ 50 per week
4. Working for days Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday OFF.
5. Job: As per Profile selected and experience. 2. Working allowed in one month -maximum 28 days, 2 rest days.

6. Accommodation: Provided through Employer Free
7. Medical Insurance: Provided through Employer

Service Charge/Commission Term:
Total Processing Charge: US $ 6000
1. US $ 250 on work agreement with written agreement
2. US$ 5250 after Issue Work and Entry Autorisation

Work Permit Duration: 2 Yrs .

WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM HUMAN RESOURCES AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CANADA (HRSDC) that the employer can hire a foreign worker to fill the job. This confirmation is called a positive Labour Market Opinion.

In most cases, it is up to your employer to get that written confirmation it may take 30 to 90 days , in certain cases it may take months.

In some cases, you do not need a labour market opinion.

You must also do the following to get WP and Canada Entry Documentation are Issued through Canadian High commission:

Satisfy a CIC/HighCommission officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your work authorisation .
Show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family while you are in Canada.
Respect the law and have no criminal record. (You may have to provide a police clearance certificate.
Show that you are not a risk to the security of Canada.
Be in good health. (You may have to have a medical examination.)

***Note: Canadian work permit processing delays can range from a matter of hours to 8 weeks, on average, depending on the above factors.
