1.Shipping:

1. We ship the items by EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or Airmail. Usually we will ship the items by EMS to most of the countries;

2. We supply cheapest shipping service; if you need fast ship, please tell us first;

3. Delivery time:

a, UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT shipping time take 3-7 working days, EMS takes 7-15 working days

b, HK/China Airmail ship to Asia, West Euro, North America take 7-15 working days;ship to South America, mid-East, East Euro, Africa take 15-30 working days;

4. If goods are hold by buyer locate customs, buyer have to bear the risk. If happen import charges or other fees or other risk since we send out the goods from China, the buyer is responsible to clear the custom or pay the custom tax, these risks is due to buyer’s custom, that is out of our control. Please understand.

5. As different country have different locate customs policy, in order to let customer receive the goods safely and smoothly, we have the final decision to choose which express service when ship.

2.Duty and Tax:

1, The import duties and taxes are not covered in the item price, and it is buyer's duty to pay the extra charges. Pls check with the customs of the destination before you make the payment.

2, When package reach your place, pls pay the duty as soon as possible because if you do not pay in time, the express may send back the goods to us but we need to pay times more plus the express fee and goods value. To avoid the case, we have to ask the courier to drop the goods and the waste goods cost will be afforded by your side. We both do not want tosee that happen. So pls pay the custom duty in time.
