These ramen noodles are NON-fried, freeze dried noodles. The finished product takes approximately a week to manufacture and the texture is very close to raw noodles. Hokkaido flour is used to make these noodles. The soup which is a combination of thick pork bone soup and fragrant red miso, has a mellow and deep miso flavor that you won't be able to get enough of. Please enjoy this new flavor of Sapporo miso ramen. In addition to the soup and noodles, ingredients of retort pork stewed in soy sauce, bamboo shoots, generous amounts of cut green onions and roasted sesame seeds are included.

HOW TO PREPARE

Place the noodles and dried ingredients in the cup. Pour boiling water to the line inside the cup and close the lid Place the special soup and retort ingredients on top of the lid to warm. After 4 minutes put the soup and retort pouch ingredients in the cup then stir and enjoy!
