Polyvinyl chloride PVC low density fire retardant chemical reagent in socket

This product is an efficient, eco friendly flame retardants, processing fluidity, excellent thermal stability and light stability, a good solution in high smoke, high density and high cost caused if using traditional antimony trioxide. It is one of the preferred flame retardant products currently for PVC.

Characteristics:

The product is non-toxic, tasteless, no polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), no polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), heavy metals detected by SGS, in line with EU environmental directives (RoHS) requirements. It can completely replace the expensive antimony trioxide. smoking is much lower than that used mainly antimony trioxide. It's widely used in PVC products like board, sheet, film, pipe, wire and cable, hose pipe, etc.

Usage suggestion:

Due to the difference auxiliary in base material, the adding percent of flame retardants are also slightly different. We suggest to do testing before mass production and adjust the proportion of fl me retardants.
