Use and Characteristic:

1.The plant is applicable to treat the seawage from the ship,and meet the International sandard of discharge.

2.The plan adopts the means which combines biological degradation, membrane filtration
and antisepsis sterilization, it treats all sorts of domestic sewage, and the treated water conforms to the requirement of MEPC.159(55) .

3.The plant have some characteristics which are compact configuration, high automatization
degree, high treatment efficiency, high purge degree, operation convenience, it's to be
the same with all sorts of shipping and oil platform.

Principle Description:
The sewage from toilets is led into aeration chamber, Big suspend solid,after shattered by pump,is led into two stage contact chamber through grid. In the two stage contact chamber, the aerobic bacteria grow on wad and forms biology film. In the condition of filling oxygen,the aerobic bacteria clear up organic substance in sewage and change to innocuous carbon dioxide and water, At the same time, the aerobic bacteria is get to breed, the organic substance is cleared up again. the treated sewage is led into settling chamber, the sludge settle to tank bottom is back to contact chamber to as bacteria breeding, the treated water in the settling chamber is pumped into the storage chamber through the MBR and UV, the switch on the storage chamber, can carry out autocontrol of pump and discharge.
