PROCEDURES

1

The buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI)*.

The seller issues the Draft Contract, which is open to amendments.

After revision, the buyer returns the Draft Contract to the seller with their amendments (if needed).

Once the Draft Contract is approved by both parties, the buyer signs it and sends it back to the seller.

The seller sends the buyer an electronically signed copy of the contract

The seller and the buyer exchange via courier two hard copies of the contract, duly signed and sealed.

The buyer and the seller lodge the signed contract to their respective banks.

Within three (3) banking days, the buyer issues a confirmed, irrevocable, revolving, transferable, Letter of Credit.

The seller’s bank sends to the buyer’s bank the Proof of Product.

Within three (3) banking days from confirmation of the POP documents by the buyer’s bank, the Letter of Credit will be executed and payment made to the seller’s bank.

Shipment commences as per schedule agreed on the contract.

PROCEDURES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

Please do not ask for a SCO, a FCO, or past performance documents. To start the process we need to receive a LOI from the buyer.
