The main components of Hot-Melt Butyl PIB-547 are polyisobutylene and butyl

rubber, which make this a hot-melt sealant with particularly high vapor resistance.

PIB547 major advantages are:
1) Fast solidification,clients are able to move rapidly to their next processing step.
2) High resistance to humidity penetration into the PV module.
3) Environmentally Safe: no materials harmful to people or the earth/environment are

used in our production.
4) A hot melt butyl sealant, generally speaking, becomes paste or

liquid under high temperature and it moves/flows from the PV sealed area.
However, PIB547, will not flow/move from the sealed module area because it keeps

high viscosity under high temperature.
