YFM series grinding mill is an idea micro-fine grinding mill for deeply process non-metal minerals as carbon calcium, graphite, talc, colin clay etc.

The powder from it has good fineness(D97=3-35um)

It has perfact structure combing grinding and classifying to one, grinding and classifying at the same time. also has highly effective deduster, it runs under negative pressure so that the powder can't go go outside of it, very clean.

Convenient to install, no need large-scale construction, it covers only small area. it can be put into production as soon as we finish the install.

YFM series grinder was consists of Feeder, main unit, classifier, muffler, cyclone collector, deduster, air blower, motors, pipe, control cabinet etc.

Process

The grinding mill is running under negative pressure, the material go into the main unit continously from the feeder and then go into the classifier after being rolled. grinded and impacted. most OK powder from the classifier go into cyclone collector. a little go into deduster. No powder will go out of machine so that it is very clean.
