HM-180CE Leveling AdhesiveUsed in leveling of the base
HM-180C3P Fabric Impregnator/ AdhesiveUsed in impregnating the carbon fabric and pasting it to the substrate

Mostly the use of HM-180 and HM-180CE is skipped.
