Factory Overview:

1.The motor is with copper wiring, a good substitute of the clucth type, which can save 85% power.

2.The safty wire in the control box can prevent motor from burning. Change the safty wire if it get burning.

3. 500w, 600w to 750w are for option, which is suitable for garment sewing machines, heavy duty sewing machines as well as the extra heavy duty sewing machines.

4.Seperate 110v, 220v are avaliable.

5. The extra needle positioner/ sychronize device enables the motor with function of needle positioning.

6.The energy saving motor(power saving motor) has great advantage than the clutch type. The below comparision between energy saving motor and clutch motor can give a general conclusion.

1.We will offer one year guarantee for the mainboard in control box. Any problem for mainboard within one year since shiping, we can supply for replacement for free.
