Brief Introduction:

Apply big power high frequency induction heating system to melt gold, K-gold, silver, brass, etc. High frequency power not only provides fast melting but also electromagnetic mixing function which helps making highly even metal liquid.

I. Operation:

Power on →open water faucet → put ceramic crucible in the machine→put metal in the crucible→press heating switch→press stop switch→tongs the crucible and pour the metal liquid.

II . Attention:

1. Can’t be water-break during using the machine. If happens by accident, it needs to pick up the crucible at once, or the copper ring will be burnt out.

2. Don’t press the heating switch without crucible.

3. Press stop switch first, then pouring the liquid after the metal melted.

4. If the work is finished everyday, please take away the crucible then shut off power.

5. When water flow indicator light is shut off, it stands for out of water or low water pressure. And now the machine will start the function of protection, the machine will stop heating.

What is induction heating?

What makes up a typical induction heating system?
A typical induction heating system consists of the induction heating power supply, an induction heating coil, and a water-cooling source, which cools the coil and several internal components inside the power supply. The induction heating power supply sends alternating current through the induction coil, thus generating a magnetic field. When a work piece is placed within the coil and enters the magnetic field, eddy currents are induced within the workpiece, generating precise and localized heat without any physical contact between the induction coil and the work piece.

What is an induction heating coil (inductor)?
The varying magnetic field required for induction heating is developed in the induction heating coil via the flow of AC (alternating current) in the coil. The coil can be made in many shapes and sizes to custom fit a specific application. The coils can range from tiny coils made of copper tubing used for precise heating of extremely small parts in applications such as soldering and ferrule heating to large coil assemblies of copper tubing used in applications such as strip metal heating and pipe heating.

What is the importance of a power supplies power rating and frequency?
The power rating determines the speed at which a workpiece can be heated.
