Introduction of our machine:

Our hexagonal sawdust briquette charcoal, equipped with automatic temperature control system is designed to produce briquettes with high density from all kinds of biomass like wood, sawdust, rice husks and others. The final briquettes are used as fuel for heating and cooking, and are widely used in many industries like boiler industry. The process for producing charcoal briquette is the followoing:

1. Crusher---crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm);

2. Dryery---dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%;

3. Briquetting---put the material into feed inlet of briquette machine, there is no need to add any binder;

4. Carbonization---if you want to get charcoal briquettes in the end, use a carbonization stove to carbonize them.
