Q1: Virgin hair can be straightened, curled even dyed?

A : Yes,of course. Remy hair and virgin are real human hair.Just treat it as your hair. The only difference from your hair is that it can’t grow any more.

Q2: How many pieces hair weft do I need for a full head?

A: We always advise that :

12"-14": 2 bundles

16"-22": 3 bundles

24"-28": 3-5 bundles

Q3:Can I wash & blow-dry human hair ?

A:Yes. You can wash them with your own shampoo and conditioner. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting.

Q4:How to care hair extension?

A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.

1.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.
2.Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q5:How long does remy hair last?

A : That is strongly depends on how you keep them. If you treat it as your own hair, there is no doubt that could last more than 1 year.

Q6:Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A:Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

A:If In the unlikely event of the product arriving damaged please contact us by phone or email immediately so we can correct the problem. If at all possible please photograph the damaged packaging and email this to us to assist with our claim against the couriers.
