a. No refunds are offered. Only defective goods are offered exchange within 1 month since goods delivered

b. All items required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us with the original package and no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after receiving the returned items

c. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date

d. Buyer is responsible for the returned shipping charges

e. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
