1. Introduction:

This model of round bucket helix feeder mainly made up from feeding motor,vibrating motor,storage tank, helix and feeding channel.
This kind of helix feeder can finish the transporting of material. For its special design, it got good effect for transporting powder like milk powder, sugar, coffee, animal forage, medicine, dye and etc with good and less well fluidity. For it use vibration feeding, the transporting degree according to customers demands.

2. Feature

2.1 To elevate many kinds of powder material, and it can be used as feeding machine accompany with packing machines, and it can be also used separately.
2.2 Use two motor, feeding motor and vibrating motor separately, and it is controlled independently.
2.3 Add vibration on the storage tank, the range is adjustable, so adaptbility is better.
2.4 Soft connection between channel and storage tank, so it is easy to install and disassemble.

3. Main Part and Function:

3.1 Feeding Motor: Prime Power for feeding. The feeding motor can turn in positive and negative direction, easy for feeding and unloading material.
3.2 Vibrating Motor: To vibrate the storage tank. The vibration makes the material well distributed, and it make the material more easy to go into the channel.
3.3 Storage Tank: To store material. Fill the material when there is less material in the tank, to make continuous supply for raw material.
3.4 Helix and Channel: To transport material. The helix turn in positive direction to transport material into channel, and discharge the material from outlet; when it turn in the negative direction, material can come out from discharging valve.
