Main Character and Function
1. All the components of the machine are designed under the instruction of the Computer aided design and software of CAD/CAE/CAM to fully guarantee the intensity and rigidity of all the components.
2. The whole body under total wielded, thickness and reliable in machine body with high-rigidity and good in shock absorption reduction.
3. The machine structure are composed by body frame, working table, slide block, main cylinder and backgauge. 4. The machine body, Slide Block, Working table and other main components are under one time clamping of large landing boring and milling machine to ensure several geometric accuracy of the main machine.
5. The machine is greatly enhanced in anti-torque and electronic load resistance. Machine can normally work in full loaded situation. Working table, Upright Column, Crossbeam and Ram are good and high in design rigidity. Little deformation between the working table and ram when work to guarantee good straightness and uniformity in angle.

Synchronization Control of the main Cylinder
Two Main Cylinder’s movement and position are controlled by Y1 and Y2 Axis,Y1 and Y2 are two separately parameter of CNC Control system. Tow sides of the machine configure two imported grating ruler to calculate the real distance between the ram and working table. Grating rulers are equipped a small rack in the connection of the working table to eliminate the influence of the ram location caused by the upright column deformation. When the slider is moving ,the position digital details will feedback into CNC System, so the Servo valve control signal S1 and S2 will be calculated and output and control the output flow of the two servo valve to make sure the left and right main cylinder will working synchronization from beginning to end and will guarantee the high speed and position precision of the slider when working.
Working table deflection compensation
CNC System V Axis control cylinder to reach the compensation. The CNC system can automatically reach the working table deflection compensation according to the loading situation.
Backgauge
Accurate backgauge’s backwards and forwards motion is controlled by X axis, the imported ball screw and liner guide rail are used with high precision, high-rigidity, fast-speed, strong-carrying capability.
Mold/Dies
1. the machine equipped upper mold manual clamping device
2. The equipped mold is under standard, special non-standard mold is available under client’s requirement according to real workpiece situation.
