B. Equipments feature

1. Advanced continuous coating process, two coating and two baking for up and down side, with reliable techniques, widely used in metallic workshops, municipal structure and high – end civil buildings.

2. Using continuous cycling alkali spray, brushing, multiple stages cycling water spray and fresh water spray on the pretreatment section to enhance the cleaning effeteness on the surface of the strip, improve the adhesion of the paint on the strip.

3. Using advanced environmental friendly chemical process liquid and high precision chemical coater to form the uniformity film, ensures the quality and performance of the coat. This process has the character of high usage ratio, no pollution, high adhesion and etc.

4. The coater was equipped with pressure sensor to display and control the uniformity of the coat, using vector motor variable frequency speed adjustment for forward or backward coating, could control the thickness of the coat layer into one μm, to adjust the requirement of different products.

5. The baking furnace uses multiple stage labyrinth board structure with high heat preservation, and has several hot air cycling devices, air flew management, waste gas pyrolysis treatment, automatic temperature control and other functions, equipped with VOC incinerate and complete heat recovery system, reached national emission standard, the waste gas pyrolysis treatment and heat recovery system are in the advanced level in the country, have many patents and honors.

6. The control system uses vector motor variable frequency speed adjustment, on site bus optical fiber communication, real – time monitor technology and etc, delicate user interface and reliable and steady running of the equipments.
