Material:

Impeller:Cast iron HT200,or tin bronze,such as ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni1

Pump bowl:Cast iron HT200,or stainless steel,such as 2Gr13.304

Pump shaft : Cold-drawn steel with chrome plating,or stainless steel 2Gr13(1050 thermal refining ,enhancent torsional moment)

Motor Seal:Rubber O-ring seal,mechanical seal

Motor regulating sleeve:rubber

QJ deep bore well pump using condition:

1. 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%,frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

2. Motor cavity must be filled with water.

3. The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

4. The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

5. Water temperature should be no more than 20°C.

6. Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

7. PH value of water 6.5-8.5.

8. Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

9. Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

10. Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

How to select a model:

1. You need know your flow request

Flow----means how much water you want to pumping per hour. Our model rated flow is 10m3/h, 15m3/h,20m3/h, 25m3/h, 32m3/h,40m3/h,50m3/h,63m3/h,80m3/h,100m3/h,125m3/h,140m3/h,160m3/h,200m3/h,240m3/h,300m3/h, 400m3/h,500m3/h.

1m3/h=1000L/h=0.28L/s, 1m3=1Ton.

2. You need know your head request

The head= vertical length + pipeline lose.

Vertical lenght= the distace from inlet water level to outlet water level

pipeline lose= per 100m pipe will lose 2~3m head.(If you need install the valve into the pipe, please tell us, it also effect the head.)
