Shipping instruction:

1) UPS/DHL/EMS/FEDEX/TNT and so on express(door to door);

2) By air; Pls choose your shipping method according your detail requirement;

3) The shipping discount is different in different season and depend different weight; we will choose the cheapest and safest way according your detail quantities;

4) Normally, it will take around 3--7days from China to densination country. Pls noted that some remote place will need more around 1-3days.

Warranty:

1) Limited Warranty. Sinoco warrants that all products will i) be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service and ii) comply with the specifications for a period of Thirty Six (36) months following date of arrival of products to Buyer (the Warranty Period).

2) Repairs during the Warranty Period. During the warranty period, Sinoco will at its option and at its expense (i) replace such defective products, (ii) fix and repair such defective products. When such defective product is identified, Buyer should inform Sinoco about it and ship it back to Sinoco at the expense of Sinoco. Sinoco will ship replacement product or repaired product to Buyer as soon as possible. The buyer pay the shippment cost.

3) Repair after Warranty. After the warranty period has expired, if needed, Sinoco will continue to provide repair services for the product, but Buyer should pay for parts and labor for repair services.

4) Limitation on Warranty. Sinoco’s warranty does not cover the cost of any services required for the replacement of defective product with good product at site of installation. Sinoco has no obligation under the warranty in the following circumstances: The defect is a result of misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, acts of God, or use not in accordance with a) the specifications, b) the instructions contained in the technical documentation.
