Shipping

We ship via HK Post, EMS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX,TNT.

Goods usually be shipped within 3 working days after receiving your payment.

Note: DHL/UPS/Fedex Express usually takes 3-5 working days to the destination, and 5-8 working days by EMS or TNT.Hong Kong Post Air Mail and Hong Kong Post Air Parcel takes 7 to 30 days to ship to worldwide.

1.We will send the goods within 3 working days after the full payment has been confirmed.If the payment is not available,your order will be closed automatically.

2.The buyer are responsible for any insurance,problems and damage which caused by shipping service,eg:accidents,delays or other circumstances beyond our control.Besides,the buyer should be responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.

Return and Warranty

1. There is six-month-warranty for all the goods, please make sure whether it is still in this period, and we will undertake the freight and repairing fee, or you will be in charge of it if the warranty expired.

2. Please send defective goods back to our HK office address, and we will test them in our Guangzhou warehouse.

3. Please test at least twice before you shipping back the defective goods to avoid the waste of freight and work, otherwise we will double charge you, the amount including the value and freight of the good ones. (Remark:We really do not want to do this, we just hope that you can take seriously on the defective goods and we can have pleasant cooperation.) All the returned items we will test in Guangzhou and make replacement to you if it is consistent (the period between returning to HK and making replacement will be in 60 days).

4. Please pack the goods well one by one, we double said it because we have received the broken LCDs damaged on the shipping before and it is a waste of money and work for both of us.
