Working Principle & Features:

1) Machine's piston cylinder driven by the servo motor to perform filling, through the cylinder repeated movement to realize filling. Sensor system behinds the filling nozzles to detect bottles in, filling start. It makes great higher and stable filling precision.

2) After filling, workers pull the bottles onto conveyor, which behind the filling nozzles. The conveyor will automaitc delviery the bottles to next station.

3) This is a new desgined model based on the traditional semi-auto piston filler, composed with inside conveyor, PLC control system, special used for small scale industry production. It can be connected with bottle feeder, capping and labeling machines for a stable packaging line.

4) The stainless steel are applicable for excellent durablity and sanitation compliance. Its frame is made of 304 SS and the 316 SS used for parts exposed to filling material. The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards, is easy to dismantle, clean and maintain. It is equipped with safely protection, evnironmental, sanitary, and is adapted to various of working places.

5) Filling range: 100ml ~ 1000ml (piston cylinder size is optional to 5L)

6) Filling Speed: app 700 BPH (1 L water testing)

7) Filling Accurancy: ≤±1%
