Storing

· Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance due to the oxidized layer on the surface. Therefore, careful attention

should be paid to maintain the oxidized layer in good condition.

It is important to store stainless steel away from moisture, dust, grease and lubricant in order to protect its surface

from rust and lowered corrosion resistance when welding.When moisture penetrates between stainless steel and

protective film, the corrosion develops faster than it does without protective film.It is strongly recommended to store

stainless steel in a clean, dry and well ventilated place preferably in the original package with an additional cover.The

protective film should not be directly exposed to sunlight, and the film should be inspected regularly. If the film shows

signs of deterioration (film lifespan is approx. 3 months), it should be replaced immediately. When packaging materials

including insent paper get wet, they should be immediately removed to prevent surface corrosion.

Surface Washing Methods

· To reserve the original condition of cleanliness and refinement of stainless steel, periodical washing is required.

During washing, to protect stainless steel from scratch, decolorizer, compound and metal scrubbing brush should

not be used. After washing, detergent should be rinsed out with clean water.

·Specifications: It is important for you to select a size appropriate to your final usage when you place an order for a

a product for commercial use, please consult it with us when you place an order.

·Coasting Weight: Please select a proper coating weight according to the targeted durable life-span of the coating

weight and the conditions to use, a way to process and the other conditions of a final product. A post-plating treated

product is better under the conditions to cause some corrosion, on the other band, a foil plating method is better for a

product requiring good formability and weldability.

·Oiling: Customer can choose the oiling volume according to the usage conditions. However, if you place an order for

untreated an un-oiled products at the same time, some white rust can be formed on the surface of the product.

·Dimensions: The dimensions of a product greatly affect the actual yield ratio and the formability of the one bought by a

customer company. If you need some stricter dimensions within the available sizes in the catalogs, please consult with

us about it without missing when you place an order.

·Package: Packaging type could be selected according to the conditions of the transportation and storage of a product,

but if nude packaging is selected, any warranty against white rust is not given.
