The construction machinery of factory will be checked in the production test according to the relevant provisions,while,the machine should be checked as following when installed for the long distance transportation or long time to place:

1.Checking the block machine hydraulic system for damage in transportation ;

2.Picking up block machine main parts of the host system if there is a phenmenon of loose fasteners;

3.Checking the chain or whether all lubricating points according to the requirement of oil;

4.Adding the lubricant to the motion parts before commissioning so that it is convenient to clear the block machine;

5.If the block machine need to be devided into devices such as forming device, the feeding device, the brick device,stacking device and so on in the transportation.
