PAM

Product Introduction

Anionic Polyacrylamide (Anionic PAM)

Product Introduction:

Anionic PAM is made through the alkali homopolymerization and hydrolysis prior to acrylamide, and through the granulation, drying and grinding. Its appearance is white fine grains or powdery solids.

Application:

Industrial wastewater treatment; drinking water treatment; starch ethanol plants and the loss of plant starch lees recovery; oil displacement agent for the tertiary oil recovery; water shutoff agent; auxiliary of papermaking industry.

Cationic Polyacrylamide (Cationic PAM)

Product Introduction:

Cationic PAM is the copolymer of cationic monomer (DM, DMC, CPF, DMDAAC and DMAEMA, etc..) and acrylamide. It is white fine grain powder made through grain-making, drying and grinding.

Application:

As flocculate, mainly used in urban sewage treatment, paper making, food processing, petrochemical, metallurgical, miner dressing, dyeing, sugar making and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.

As chemical material in oil field, used as clay anti-swell agent, acidizing densifier in oil field, etc.

Paper-making Auxiliary: Cationic PAM paper reinforce is water-soluble cationic polymer having the functions of reinforcing, retention-adding and filtration-adding. It can effectively improve the paper strength. It is also a high efficient disperser.

Nonionic Polyacrylamide (Nonionic PAM)

Product Introduction:

Non-Ionic Polyacrylamide is a homopolymer formed by acrylamide, with high purity, good solubility and high molecular weight. This product series is a kind of linear high polymer with high molecular weight and low ion abundance. Because of its special groups, it has the functions of flocculation, dispersion, thickening and bonding, filming, gelling, colloidal stabilization.

Application:

Waste water treatment agent: It is the most appropriate flocculant in acidic suspension of sewage. If used together with inorganic flocculant, it will produce the best effect of water treatment.

Textile industry: Formulate chemical slurry by adding some other chemicals for dressing of the textile products.

Sand control and stabilization: Add the crosslinker at a certain concentration, and spray in the desert to form a solidified film that can control and stabilize the sand. In arid areas, it can be used as soil moisture-maintaining agent, and also be used in building industry as construction glue, interior wall paint and so on.

Packing and Storage

Packed in 25kg P.P woven bags or paper-plastic with PE lined. Or as per buyer's instructions. In storage and transportation, pay attention to heatproof and moisture-proof. The powdery product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for long time. The stacking layer should not be more than 20 layers. Shelf life is 2 years.
