replacement or repair free of charge , after warranty, QIK carried out by maintenance, replacement will be charged a certain

How to order from us

1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase to our sales person, or email to us.

2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant charges once you confirm the

order.

3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready

date in 2 days.

4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by

customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

MOQ

1. For the first order (samples), we have no limit for the quantity.

2. From the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs.

Payment Terms

1. Under T/T, It is transfer money directly to our company account, usually need 5-7 days the money can arrive to

our account, if the order less than $1000, please pay more $35 bank charge.

2. Under PayPal, Paypal usually accepted by small transactions. You must to pay 4% commission, the money can

arrive our account within 1 day.

3. Under West Union,usually money prompt arrive our account.

4. If order value less than 10,000USD, we should get 100% payment before production;If order value more than 10,000USD,

we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off before delivery.

Lead Time

1. Samples order can be delivered from our factory in 5 working days.

2. General order can be delivered from our factory in 15 - 25 working days.

3. more than 3000 pcs order and the ODM/OEM order, it will need more time according the situation.

Usually can be delivered from our factory in 30-35 working days at most.
