Kilns on Site:

1. Tunnel Kiln: Advanced technology. Big Yield. Mainly used for plant with capability over 30,000,000 bricks/year (China Standard Brick in size 240*115*53mm). The tunnel kiln can use natural gas, LGP or heavy oil as fuel.

2. Hoffman Kiln: Low investment. Easy construction. Can be used for brick factory with different capacity. Also it can use Natural Gas, LGP or Heavy Oil as fuel

Tunnel Kiln Operation Equipments:

1. Ferry Pusher: to ferry the kiln car of tunnel kiln

2. Kiln Car: to bear the green bricks and send them into the tunnel kiln

3. Hydraulic Pusher: to push the kiln car into the tunnel kiln

To construct a tunnel kiln, you need many materials such as cement plate, sand, brick,ect and some kiln operation equipments, such as ferry pusher, kiln car, tractor,etc. Some of the materials you need can be purchased in your country, but the others and all the kiln operaton equipments must be from us. As tunnel kiln is not standard equipment, we will send our engineer and technician to your place to study about the weather, brick material, site, etc so that we can make out the best project plan for you. The shipping time is subjected to deposit.
