Delivery

In order to guarantee the goods to arrive customer without any delay or damage, we prefer to dispatch small order by DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS. Here we also guarantee on time delivery and if necessary, we will provide you the best logistics solution for the goods to reach at your location on time.

Packing

Every Product will be in carefully inspection for 3 times before Packing. Depending on the size and contents of your goods, we generally use different size of plain box of package to secure goods. As our finished products are packed in Color Box or Blister Box, we may use some bulb bag inside for shake-proof.

Return Policy

To ensure a satisfied service and customer's rights, ILINKTEC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (excluding physical damage) for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Before you send any products back to us, please email us, telephone us or fax us in advance. We will soon contact with you for the return issue. ILINKTEC will consider a replacement or repairing solution, which shall be negotiated by both parties.
