This fullly automatic brick machine is manufactured with the optimized design, manufacturing and operational concept in combination of finest domestic and foreign brick machine technologies in view of domestic material features. It can effectively remove the damage of dust to the equipment and always ensure the stable and reliable operation of hydraulic system.
2. Highly equipment configuration
The hydraulic system includes hydraulic pumps and proportional directional valves manufactured by the Rexroth and YUKEN. Displacement sensor is imported from BALLUFF and sealing equipments from MICROMERITICS INSTRUMENTS. The electric control system is composed of Siemens S7-300 PLC and a 10.4-inch color tough panel. Realizing man-machine tough operation. All electric elements are imported from Siemens. Hence, the brick machine is equipped with higher level and better configuration than similar domestic products.
3. High percent of pass
The built-in displacement sensor can accurately control the charging and generate a high percent of pass. Our brick’s error limit is +-1mm, less than the quality brick standard of +-2mm. Adjustment can be made in accordance with the greatly different ingredients and water contents of domestic raw materials to ensure that the strength of bricks can reach 15 Mpa.
4. Complete in variety
Through pre-pressing, moulding pressing and pressure maintaining, this offers high product density. By replacing moulds, it can manufacture not only fly ash standard bricks, sand lime bricks and blind hole bricks, but also hollow bricks, face bricks of different specifications and paving bricks.
Fly ash can have a compressive strength as high as 20 Mpa. Featuring one-time impact moulding from top to bottom and generating easy flaking adobes. Similar produced by other domestic manufacturers have a beyond-limit error rate and a low percent of pass.
5. Strong ability to provide auxiliary parts
Deyi can design and manufacture all other main and auxiliary parts except for autoclaves. Completing the equipment line and preventing quality disputes out of difficulty to define responsibility arising from the excessive auxiliary parts.

Working Process of DY1100 fully auto brick machine production line

1. Lump quick limes are first crushed in the jaw crusher, then moved to the lump lime silo by the bucket elevator. And evenly transferred to the ball mill for grinding through the vibrating feeder. Ground lime powders will be stored in the fine lime bunker.

2. Meanwhile, fly ash, sand or slag, aggregate and other raw materials will be moved into the automatic doser by the screw conveyor. And then transferred to the double-shaft forced mixer by feeding equipment after electronic batching.After fully mixed with water at a high speed. The mixture will then be decomposed in the decomposition silo. The decomposed mixture will be mixed by the roll mill for 2-3 minutes.

3. After that, the mixture will be moved to the intermediate bunker and to the brick moulder. The moulded adobes will be transferred to the steam-curing trolley by the automatic setter and to the pre-curing track for grouping by the ferry push. The grouped steam-curing trolley will then be sent to steam-curing autoclave for steam-curing by the draw gear.

4. After steam-curing for 8 hours, the finished bricks will be pulled out of the autoclave by the winch and then transferred to the trolley by the automatic brick discharger and to the finished product site.
