How to test/use the battery case at the first times?

For the first 2times, to charge the Battery Case at least 8hours/time, don't care the LEDs are lighted, then connect them to work with i-Phone till run out of the battery.

If you don't test them before selling, please tell your buyer about the same.

Can I sync my phone while the skystork power case is still attached?

Yep. You can sync when it connected to your computer without take off the case.

How many charge cycles do you get out of the skystork power case? Or, in other words, how long will the skystork power case last?

The skystork power case is rechargeable for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when the case is charged from 0% to 100%. After 500 cycles, the battery in the skystork power case may provide less than 80% of the original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.

Warranty Policy

-Term and Condition: 1year without human damage and improper use.

-All defective items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be on the buyer’s bill. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns.

-The product must be in new unused condition along with all packaging from the original purchase and must show no signs of user wear.

-We recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) insure your package for safe return to us so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

-Your are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our China’s return address, plus handling, customs, and inventory liability, and pay the cost for the product return to your address.
