Protease Liquid is a liquid Acid Protease enzyme derived from Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation.

Protease Liquid hydrolyzes proteins under low pH. It can be broadly used in the industry of fuel ethanol, distillery, leather bating, juice purification, animal feed additives and so on.

Definition of unit1 unit of Protease Liquid equals to 1 g of enzyme, which hydrolyzes casein to get 1 μg of tyrosine in 1 min. at 40°C and pH3.0.

Working temperature 30-50°C,favorable 38-40°C.

Function principleProtease Liquid conducts proteolysis (protein catabolism) by hydrolysis of the peptide bonds that link amino acids together in the polypeptide chain forming the protein.

Dosage recommendation0.20-0.30kg of Protease Liquid (60,000u/mL) per ton of starch or related material.
(Dosage optimization should be performed based on individual plant.)

Store in a cool and dry place; high temperature and direct sunlight should be avoided.

ExpirationProtease Liquid is stable for 6 months when stored in original unopened package at 4°C- 8°C;
25°C, 6 months, activity remains 90%; 9 months, activity remains ≥85%.
