GI/HDG/DX51D/Galvanized Steel Coils

Galvanized is produced on continuous hot dip galvanizing lines by passing prepared coils through a bath of molten zinc. The zinc coatings on these products help resist corrosion due to the barrier protection and sacrificial characteristics of the coating. The required zinc coating thickness for different coating specifications is achieved as the result of passing the hot dipped strip through a variable low pressure, high volume air stream, called an "air knife."

The zinc layer on the surface of the galvanized steel sheet isolates the steel sheet from atmosphere to prevent further corrosion of the base sheet and ensures a long service life of the base sheet, due to the excellent corrosion resistance of the galvanized steel sheets. Besides, our galvanized steel sheets are economic and functionally diverse, meeting the requirements of different environments and applications and provide high added value for various combination of products. Now, the galvanized steel sheets are in common use in many fields such as precision instruments, computers, electronic appliances, architectures, color coating, etc.

Thickness: 0.14-0.80mm

Width: 700-1500mm

Coating Mass: Z40-Z150

Tolerance for thickness, width, flatness and so on conform to the requirements of JIS G3302 or ASTM A653M/924M

Coil ID can be either 508mm or 610mm, maximum coil OD is 2000mm

The specification of ASTM Such as A653m, A924 M and soon have been updated to the latest revisions.

1)REGULAR SPANGLE:

Regular spangle is also called normal spangle which is naturally formed without any additional treatment during galvanizing.

2)MINI SPANGLE:

The spangle is restrained and formed as mini spangle by reducing the lead content in the zinc liquid or by blowing the zinc powder from the equipment installed on the zinc pot.

3)EXTRA SMOOTH:

The mini spangle is further skin-passed to produce the extra smooth surface.

Terms

1) Package Terms: Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.
2) Delivery Time: Within 30 days after receiving L/C or 30% deposit of T/T.
3) Payment Terms:30% t/t in advance or by irrevocable Lc at sight
