1.Introduction

Made of four layers (the permanent flame retardant (armaid IIIA), waterproof & ventilated layer, thermal insulation layer& comfortable layer. The waterproof and ventilated layer effectively stops water but let through moisture, making the suit breathable and comfortable. The thermal insulation layer gives extra flame and thermal protection. The comfortable layer we use the meta-aramid/viscose50/50%, it is not only resist the flame, but also very light and soft, besides the sewing thread and zipper all made of Nomex fiber, and the added reflective trim can enhance wearer visibility. This model has been popular with professional firefighters for its reliable performance, lightweight and medium to lower range in price.

3. Structure

1)Collar
Collar with cover for weather protection or lays down flat for ventilation. Two layers of fabric not only afford greater protection, but insulates the wearer.

2) Free Hanging Throat Tab
Throat tab hangs freely away from your neck and out of the way when not deployed. When deployed, there is no exposed hook and loop on either the tab or collar. Tab is scooped out across the top with added coverage across the bottom for precision mask interface, collar adjustment, and protection.

3) Front closure

Double storm flaps secured by hook and loop fastener cover a high-temp polymer zipper for added waterproof integrity. It's constructed from two layers of outer shell fabric plus a layer of protective fabric.

4) Drop shoulder design
Shoulder seam is moved out beyond the shoulder allowing you to comfortably reach and stretch. This also prevents the coat from riding up when you raise your arms.

Having more room inside the coat makes for a more comfortable fit. The coat doesn’t ride up and expose any part of your body when working in any environment.

5) Pockets
Bellows radio pocket is on the left chest with mic strap. An inside security pocket keeps contents dry.

6) Moisture-resistant/insulation/ breathable fabric lining
