Autoclaved Brick Production Line

AAC bricks has been produced for more than 70 years, and it offers several significant advantages over other cement construction materials, one of the most important being its lower environmental impact.

Characteristics of the equipment:

Fluent technology flow with advanced design idea, proper machinery configuration matches the production line output, fully exerting the equipment performance.

Supply turn-key project. It is specialized in the R&D, manufacture, project management (EP/EPC) and operation management of building bricks machinery.

Press KDQ1300 with pressing 13,000 kN,48 cavities/mold for standard bricks and 24 cavities/mold for blind-hole bricks, pressing frequency can be 3.5times per minute, and its annual output can be up to 60 million pcs.

Press KDQ1300, crossbeam stroke is 650mm, the distance between columns is 1290mm. It produces standard brick, blind-hole brick, blind-hole block and hollow block with max size 480*240*190mm.

Stacking machine is fully automatic. It can clamp, convey and place brick body. It is modular design, which consists of machine frame, lifting and clamping robot, controlled by inverter and servo motor for exact positioning.

Advanced centralize and sectional control system, SIMEN PLC, all the procedures are completed in central control room or operation table of subsection, auto production with few workers, high production efficiency and high qualified rate.
