Feature:

1. Pellet cooling machine is used to cool 2to8mm dimension pellets, when outlet pellets from pellet machines, the pellets temperature is about 60to80 centigrade, after cooling, the temperature is not higher than room temperature +3-5,about 25 centigrade.

2.If we directly pack biomass pellet into bags after pressed by pellet machine, the pellets will be easily broken or become moldy due to hot temperature .But after cooling , there will not exist this problem. Especially for larger than 500kg/h capacity , pellet production line must use pellet cooler.

3.wood pellet cooler works with cyclone and air fan, air lock. which is used to absorb cold air andclean dust, also it can install a screener at the cooler bottom, which can separate powder dust and good pellets after cooling.
