1) Can deliver the fireplace to my home? ??

Yes, with rich experience in exporting, we can take care of everything from our factory to you home. After you place order, the only thing you need to do is to wait in you home!!!

2) How long it will take for me to receive my fireplace after I place the order???

Usually the production time for 1-3 units is 20-25 days, and shipment will take 20-30days, which is determined by where you are, please contact us for exact delivery time!!!

3) How can you assure the quality is as good as the picture?

Firstly, Our factory has more than 10 years experience in carving fireplace mantel. With such rich experience, we can make fireplaces in any quality level, which will definitly carve your fireplace 100% according to your requests. Secondly, We have strict purchasing systerm to assure good quality of marble being used for your order.Thirdly, Before packing, we will make a trial assembly for your fireplace and send you photos of every detail. Only when you say "yes", will we start packing and transportation. If you think any part improper, we can arrange carver to keep adjusting until you think it is perfect.

4) Do you supply installation service?

We do not supply installation service but the installation guide will be send to you along with your fireplace, which shows you the procedure of installation. We sgguest that you should find professional workers for your fireplace. With the installation guide, professional workers can easily finish its installation.

5) What's your common-used transportation and how long it usuall takes from China to my country?

Mainly ship from Guangzhou, Shenzhen by sea. We could send you the samples but the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee.Please be rest assured of that.
