75gsm light weight high release paper is ideal for low ink applications such as transfers on t-shits, mugs, glass, tiles and metals. The light weight allows the paper to easily conform to corners and uneven surfaces such as textured tiles or finished t-shirts.

95gsm medium-weight sublimation paper transfers sharp and well saturated images at lower ink densities. Offered exclusively by US Sublimation, this specialty paper releases up to 95% of the ink printed on it. Converted on modern, high-tech equipment, the paper tension is evenly distributed across the width of the roll, reducing paper crashes and cockling.

When used with our inks KT-H2 delivers rich vibrant colors and sharp images while cutting the cost per square foot of ink and paper by as much as 50% making it a viable alternative for those production houses that have resisted the implementation of digital printing for cost reasons.

KT-H2 is incredibly light weight and thin but thanks to KOALA''s advanced paper technology it does not cockle and dries quickly without the need for external dryers. The light weight construction also allows to roll over 3940 feet of paper on a single roll that will fit on a printers regular feeding and take up systems without the need of expensive equipment to move the rolls or feed the paper to the printer.

KT-H2 is a high-release dye sublimation paper designed to adhere to fabric during the heat transfer process eliminating ghosting issues caused paper shifting or fabric shrinkage, ideal for sportswear, garment, and flag manufacturers. Manufacturers using flat bed heat presses will also benefit from the TAC as it eliminates issues such as "floating" when the heat press is opened.

KT-H2 with TAC does not leave any residue on the fabric or in the press after the transfer.
