1.before placing orders,we can send swatches or samples for our ref.Swatches are free but samples need charge.

2.for dyeing fabrics,tell us your needed colors or pantone No.,We will make lab dips(ABC sample) and pre-production samples to guarantee bulk quality.

3.for printing fabrics,we accept OEM orders.kindly provide us your design file.format ai.pdf.tiff are all perfect to work.Then we'll make strike off sample(a piece of sample) for you,and we have a professional image department to adjust it if you're not satisfied with some details until it's perfect.

Q:How do i know the quality of your product because we only talk the business on the internet?

A:we can send swatches to you for our quality,which is taken from our finished bulk and they're free for you.

Q:Can you print on my own design?What's the special requirements of the artwork?

A:yes,certainly we can make customised digital print silk on your own designs.And format with tiff,jpg,pdf,eps are all acceptable just need the resolution above 200dpi.

Q:What should i do for the dyeing silk?

A:Just tell me your needed color and silk type.Pantone No. and send fabric piece are both acceptable.

Q:'How do i control the bulk quality in the future?

A:we can send samples for your test with your needed test standard.Or you can come to check the bulk yourself or entrust the third test agency like SGS.

Q:What to do in case of the bulk production have problems?

A:First,it is our mission to assurrance the bulk quality during the production.Any problem we'll communicate with our customer.In case sth bad happened,we'll try our best to deal with it, and we'll be responable for it is our mistake.
