Answer: The period depends on the product model you requests. Usually, 2-4 weeks for our universal testing machine.

Answer:It is cheap and safe to deliver the testing machine by see,we have a long term cooperation with ship agent to provide low freight cost for our customer, air transport, rail transport and road transport are also available, and we will choose the best one according to your requests.

If you are willing to pick up the goods in our factory, it’s also ok.

Question:How about the installation and trainining?

Answer: you can go to our factory for the acceptance before shipment ,when the production of the machine is finished.

In our factory we can train the operation and installation. It is free of charge.If you do not have time to go to our factory ,we can make a vedio for you,which can show every details of installtation and trainning.
