Start up

1. Tracker: Do charge the battery for 8-12 hours after first use. Then, the battery can be charged fully in 4-5 hours. In order to protect the device, please use the battery and charge which come with the trcker.

2. SIM card: Please be sure that there is call display but no call transfer, and PIN code is off.

3. Switch on: Please take the unit outdoors or near the window, press the power button till three lights blinking together.

4. Switch off: Please press the power botton till three lights blinking together. It will take around five seconds. 10 to 30 seconds afer switching on, the unit will begib working and each LED will blink.

Both Google Maps and Google Earth can easily translate the data into usable visual information.The unit does not pick up a GSM signal and the SMS functions aren't working, what's wrong?
A number of things could cause this to happen:
1) Make sure the SIM card is compatible (only 2G, 2.5G, 2.75G SIM cards work)
2) Make sure there is money left on the SIM card and that it has not expired
3) Make sure there is no PIN code associated with the SIM card
4) Make sure roaming is enabled on your SIM account if you are in a different country
