Features of this machine:

1, It uses the belt pulley to drive chain demoulding and has the advantage of low consumption, which is only 1.5 kw. Actions of vibrating, forming and demoulding after charging are finished by the reversing switch on the machine successively. The operation is simple and convenient.

2, The body is made through strong square steel welding. So it has strong resistance to vibration and performs stably.

3, The mould box adopts four-column sliding, which works compactly and lifts stably, so block forming rate is greatly increased.

4, Pressure head realizes displacement, so it is convenient for molding box to distribute material. It also greatly improves production efficiency.

5, Lifting part of the mould box installs limiting stopper to avoid the damage of mold in the process of running.

6, The machine realizes vibration of upper part, forepart and rear part at the same time, so walls around the mold box bear equal forces. This can make the blocks realize high compactness and beautiful edges so as to achieve the best molding effect.

7, Flat-mouth style 350 forced mixer and lorry are produced synchronously with this machine.
