1. Description

CWN are series of high tech products as achievements of 863 national high technology R & D program. They are comprehensive processing additive with high-efficiency and muti-function. They can optimize the formula, and endow products with more stable quality and lower the cost.

A. Simplify formula, no need to add heat stabilizer, lubricant, toughening agent and other processing agent. Enable product with stable quality.

4. Instruction

Before adding other materials, CWN need to be blended well with PVC resin in high-speed mixer first. Keep on blending till temperature high up to 120~130°C. Then change into cold mixing, finish till temperature cool to 40~50°C.
